I recently parked at your facility. My car was stuck on a "plateau of snow"
because of the recent stom. Shannon was amazing in dealing with this stressful situation!
She is a model of excellent customer service. Not only did she shovel and try to push my car out,
but she would not leave me or my car until the situation was resolved. Shannon's dedication to her
customers is truly unique in a business climate of impersonal service and cost cutting measures.
Additionally, Mike the service person was equally outstanding in pulling my car out of the snow with the Bobcat.
What else can I say? I have told all of my friends and colleagues about your wonderful
service and will never park anywhere else! Thanks again!

I wanted to let you know about the great customer service
I received on Monday night coming back from a trip home
to Minnesota. I was picked up by Bob and taken back to
Park Place promptly. We chattted about my home state and
the terrible weather while I was searching for where my
keys were located. Bob helped me look around and brought
me back to the break room to look through my luggage.
He told the others to "keep an eye on me" and
wished me luck searching for my keys. While I was very
frustrated and distressed, all the employees there greeted
me with smiles and empathy for my situation. I couldn't
find the keys and had a friend pick me up. The next day,
my lost keys were on my mind the whole day until I called
Bob and he had located the lost keys! I was so happy to
hear they were found. Bob was extremely nice throughout
the whole situation and I will continue to be a loyal
customer of Park Place!

I would like to compliment one of your drivers. Last night
I was waiting for a Park N Fly shuttle to pick me up for
nearly 25 minutes. Your driver, Sam, saw me outside in
the cold weather and generously asked if I wanted to step
inside his shuttle until he had a passenger. As I waited
with him, he spoke very highly of your operations and
frankly sold me on the benefits of Park Place. Sam's kindness
coupled with Park N Fly's poor service last night has
won you a new customer. I have been a loyal customer of
Park N Fly's for over 3 years and fly about once every
week or two. I now intend to use your facility thanks
to Sam. I really appreciated his kindness and I am very
impressed with an employee who talks so highly of their
employer. Thanks Sam!

Thank You!! Ps- I must share with u that I love your parking
place. I travel 80 percent and for the last 8 years have
been parking in short term for 13 dollars a day. I thought
it was more convenient to park close and walk......A few
months ago my business partner flew in on a late flight,
walk thru the short term garage and was jumped!!!! She
screamed and some guy getting in his car heard her and
ran over just in time. The guy ran away.....It was enough
for me to think this is not safe. Well..... I decided
it was time for a change. I love the incredible convenience
of parkplace, I love getting the bottle of water (great
treat-smile), and I love how the employees are so friendly.
It is nice!!!!

have used Park Place for many years & I am NEVER disappointed
in the service that I receive. The facilities are convenient,
the service fast, friendly & efficient. Great use
of technology; savvy, yet simple, and the pricing is very
cost effective too. I wouldn't park anywhere else. Keep

I had my diesel truck parked at your cleveland facility
from 4/4 to 4/6. When I returned, I discovered that I
bumped the cargo light and drained both batteries. Geoff
Radvansky was on duty, he definitely went the extra mile
to help me get my truck started and verified I got on
my way home. I am extremely impressed with this professionalism
your team has demonstrated that evening. I will always
park my vehicle at your facility for any future business

Hello-
I had a flight out of Cleveland this week and decided
to try your company. It was the first time I have used
a parking service that actually took the time to hire
non-apathetic employees. I was amazed. When I arrived,
the booth guy greeted me, gave me the ticket, and told
me where the open spots were. Then the van driver all
but met me there. The driver automatically gave me a location
ticket with out me even asking, or begging as one does
in most lots. On the way home, there was a van waiting
at the airport (versus me standing in the cold like I
always have to in Columbus), the driver was up beat and
helped everyone with their luggage. He promptly took everyone
to their cars, and let us know the weather, where the
speed traps were that day, and that the lot offered battery
jumps and air for flat tires. So congrats on being the
first. Thanks.

Thank-You. Today, May 4th I was “forced” to
park in your lot because all the lots were full at the
airport. I was very upset because I didn’t know
how your service worked. How I would get to the airport?
How would I get back? Would I ever see my car again? All
my questions were answered by a very pleasant woman at
the gates. We were picked up in seconds of parking…whisked
off to the airport by another very kind driver who gave
us a yellow card that reminded us where we parked (I had
already forgot). When it was time to come back, the shuttle
was waiting for us…another great driver (where do
you find all these nice people) took us right to our car.
And here’s the best part…only charged us $3.00!!!
And gave us 2 bottles of water. Thanks again, we will
always use your service from now on!!!
