Q:
What
are your hours of operation?
A: Park Place is open 24 hours per day, 7 days
per week. You do not need to call ahead for reservations or to request
a shuttle. Someone is always on-site to assist you.
Q:
How does the service work?
A: Upon entrance, you will be greeted by a Cashier
who will instruct you where to park. A shuttle will follow you to
your parking space. You will be offered luggage assistance. The driver
will give you a location card which will indicate the space and row
that your car is parked in. You will be driven to the airport and
dropped off at your departure terminal. Upon return, you should proceed
outside of the baggage claim, where a Park Place shuttle will
pick you up. There is no need to call for pick-up, as our shuttles
continuously circle the area. You will hand your location card to
the driver. The driver will proceed back to Park Place and drop you
off at your car door.
Q:
What if I get a flat tire or have trouble with my car?

with other services as needed.
